Welcome to Evans Cleaning Service (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and cleaning services. By accessing our website or scheduling services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.

Services

Evans Cleaning Services LLC provides residential, vacation rental, and commercial cleaning services throughout Utah. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are agreed upon prior to the appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond scope, or misrepresented at the time of booking.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not available, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided as a flat rate, hourly rate, or custom quote depending on the service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of future services. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to the full service amount.

Repeated cancellations may result in removal from recurring service schedules.

Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.

Property Condition & Safety

Clients must provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if hazardous conditions are present, including biohazards, pest infestations, aggressive animals, or unsafe structural issues.

Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from what was described during booking.

Damage & Liability

Evans Cleaning Services LLC exercises care while cleaning your property. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Items not properly secured
Fragile or unstable items

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or replacement value of the damaged item, at our discretion.

Independent Contractor Status

Evans Cleaning Services LLC operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee of any client.

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Evans Cleaning Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evans Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
